The following is our reservation and pre registration procedure.
All of the requested information is mandatory to be supplied. If you and/or your glider are already in ACIS database, much of the information will be automatically filled-in. Please verify your information for currency, and fill-in any blanks. Thanks in advance.

Going through the reservation process as described will streamline your registration process, and give you priority service upon your arrival.

Depending upon the imminence of your reservation, an advance payment amount may be required: less amount for a later reservation date - more amount for an earlier reservation date. Please remit the requested advance payment immediately, in order to activate processing of your reservation.

Your clubs' volunteer and salaried management team is counting on everyone doing his/her part in the interest of efficiency and quality of service for all. Your comments and suggestions are welcome.
